Valmarina
A Sangiovese that encapsulates everything our land has to show for itself, in a perfect balance of elegance and complexity, suitable for both special occasions and meals with friends and family.
Valmarina is our original wine, together with Ansonica, the essence of our estate.
L'Indigena
The latest addition to the Il Cerchio fold, L'Indigena is a macerated Ansonica, inspired by an old, traditional winemaking method. Ideal paired with hearty fish soups, such as Caldaro dell’Argentario, or with autumnal mushroom dishes.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fruity with notes of artichoke and fresh herbs, and a harmonious flavour that combines perfectly balanced bitterness and spiciness. Ideal for bringing out the best in Mediterranean dishes, it is made from hand-picked, cold-pressed olives.
Aceto di vino Ansonica
This vinegar is produced using static fermentation in open barriques, covered with a cloth to allow the necessary oxygenation for acetic bacteria. After several months at 29°C, the result is a vinegar with a bold yet delicate flavor, ideal for raw vegetables, fish marinades, and pickles
L'Altro
L'Altro is our Vermentino, an elegant wine with a lightness all of its own, a fruity sapidity that makes it ideal as an aperitif or for an evening on the beach with friends around a campfire.
Tinto
An Alicante of great aromatic intensity and complexity, it's the perfect accompaniment to traditional Maremma dishes made with game or a good mature pecorino cheese

Dolce A.
A Passito made with Ansonica grapes that balances sweetness and freshness, served flexibly with blue cheeses, or in a more traditional way with biscuits.

Aceto di vino Sangiovese
Our Vinegar is produced using traditional static fermentation in open barriques and left to rest for months at 29°C. With a bold character and intense aromas, it's perfect for artichoke salads, braised red meats, game, and chocolate-based desserts.
